2015:

We recognize the potential in Eastern Canada. Newfoundland office opens in Eastern Canada meanwhile, the Brisbane office opens in Australia.

2013:

CGIS identifies the potential in the Prairies, as a result, we open our Saskatoon office in Saskatchewan. CGIS’ first office in Australia opens in Adelaide.

2012:

CGIS Edmonton outgrows Vancouver office space due to rapid expansion. Construction of a new Vancouver office and the Vancouver Automation and Service Centre begins.

2009:

CGIS wins our largest order to date at $13.5M to Dynatec Madagascar for Ambatovy Nickel. The valve order grew over time to over $20M.

2008:

Construction of the new Edmonton Automation and Service Centre begins. Edmonton office expands to 22 employees.

2004:

We recognize the mining and mineral processing opportunity in Australia. Opens office in Calgary to support the Oil & Gas and Oil Sands industry.

1996:

CGIS partners with Flow Valve to sell valves in the Chilean mining industry.

1990:

CGIS opens our first Alberta office in Edmonton. The oil & gas industry becomes a key market for CGIS.
