Seat Locating Ring
The addition of a raised locating ring in the seat that corresponds with a recess in the valve body assures the liner fits into position perfectly. The ring eliminates movement when the disc comes into place, and bolsters this high wear area.
Liner Advancements
The special construction of the liner incorporates triple O-ring seals molded into the neck of the seat to enhance the stem sealing capabilities of the valves. This eliminates the potential for stem corrosion and process leaks to the atmosphere which are common issues in most resilient seated butterfly valve designs.
Additional Stem Bearings
EBRO Valves feature three stem bearings instead of the standard two. By adding an additional bearing to the top part of the stem they achieve optimal guidance, positive location and eliminate side loading. For the user, this means smooth operation and extra-long service life.
Precision Machined Body
The valve body is completely precision machined, ensuring that the valve liner and shaft locations can be accurately positioned. Benefits of this precision include minimal operational wear and an extended reliable service life.
