As a Technical Sales Representative I manage current account business, seek new opportunities and promote powerfully intelligent valve solutions to all levels of customers in severe service processing industries. I didn’t really pick this profession, it somewhat picked me. Out of college at 23 years old I was headed into Finance until I randomly applied for an inside sales job that sounded very interesting. It had a lot of sales and little engineering tied to it. That is where it all began.
For my customers, I try to thoroughly understand what the customer needs or is having problems with and speak to that on their level. Following through on the deliverables of customer requests timely and accurately creates lasting relationships. From the end user to OEMs and EPCs, all customers are handled appropriately.
The social atmosphere at CGIS creates an environment that’s great to be in during the work day. Through great products and a proven in-house knowledge base, CGIS gives me the tools to solve problems and give customers lasting solutions at the lowest cost of ownership.
I’m passionate about competition, communication, customer service and getting things correct the first time.
Outside of work, in the winter, I like to snow ski, play hockey and curl. In the summer I like to golf, wake surf and ride my Harley.
