Together with automation CGIS provides a full range service centre for its clients. This service centre is equipped with the latest machines. CGIS provides valve repair services for CGIS valves as well as non CGIS valves. Services provided include, but are not limited to:
Full Maintenance
CGIS provides full maintenance on all CGIS valves. Our fully equipped and trained service technicians provide site visitation as well as inspection and repair of valves as needed. After site inspection a list of repairs requiring both immediate and future repairs are provided. This service can be integrated with plant shutdown.
Service of Hydraulic Power Units
Complete service of hydraulic units including oil change and filter change.
Construction Assistance and Commissioning
CGIS provides construction assistance (installation of valves) as well as commissioning (valve testing) for plant sites.
Total Valve Management (TVM)
CGIS provides clients with its TVM services. TVM consists of site visits to survey current valves in use. A detailed report is presented which details which valves are leaking with repair suggestions. TVM ensures that clients save energy and money by reducing leakage and plant shut down. CGIS also conduct repairs if necessary.
Field Automation:
CGIS provides field automation services. All automation is conducted either at the CGIS service centre or at the clients' site.
Fastener Supply
CGIS can provide a full range of gaskets and nuts and bolts for valve installations.
Inventory:
The CGIS service centre holds a vast inventory of common repair parts ensuring that there is no delay in repair and shipment of valves to clients.
