February 1997

CGIS receives order through HA Simons for BHP Diamonds for their mine in the Northwest Territories.

CGIS is awarded a 5-year supply agreement for isolation valves and controls from Teck Cominco Smelter.

CGIS receives order from Andacolla, Chile for their copper mine. The order value was close to half a million dollars.

CGIS receives order for the world's first ASME Class 300 Knife Gate Valves from Suncor.

CGIS receives exclusive distribution agreement contract with Delta Industrial Valves for Western Canada.

CGIS receives $2 Million order for Bray butterfly and TBV titanium ball valves for Placer Dome's Zaldivar Copper Mine in Chile (now Barrick).
